Ingredients
Ground Beef (lean 93/07), 12 oz Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.5 cup **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
mix ingredients together, shape into a loaf
bake at 350 for 34-45 minutes
