Orange Butterfly Pork Chops

Ingredients
Butterfly Pork chops 4-4 oz chopsOlive OilSalt & Pepper4 tablespoons brown sugar1 teaspoon cinnamon3 whole cloves (can substitute 1/2 tsp ground, but whole is much better)1/2 cup ketchup2 teaspoons mustard2 tablespoons white vinegar11 oz can mandarin oranges
Directions
Salt and pepper pork chops and brown on both sides in a small amount of olive oil. Drain can of oranges, saving juice; set oranges aside. Mix remaining ingredients with the juice from the can of oranges. Pour over chops; simmer 45 minutes; flip chops about half way through. Add oranges when cooked.
