Ingredients
Veal Sirloin, 400 grams trim visible fat away. 1 TBSp cornstarch,Black Pepper, Salt1 TSP garlic powder1/2 TSp Paprika1 Cup Shiitake Mushrooms,1 Cup any other Mushrooms, fresh, 1 lg Canned Tomatoes, 1 can 580ml Red Kidney Beans ,1 Cup Parsnips, fresh1 Cup Beets, fresh,
Directions
Trim Veal of visible fat and dust with cornstarch and spices.
Place in a crock pot with all other ingredients
Cook on high for 4 hours or until veggies are soft and meat is tender.
