Basic Spagetti Sauce

Ingredients
Ingredients:Extra Light Olive Oil, 3 tbsp Onions, raw, 2 slice, large (1/4" thick) Garlic, 1 cup minced Sauce, Bertolli Tomato and Basil Spaghetti Sauce, 4 cup Sunshine Turnip Greens with diced turnips, 1 cup
Directions
brown Minced garlic and onion in olive oil, add spagetti sauce, greens

Serve with rice noodles, or Corn chips and low fat mozerella cheese,


I use this as a base and add cans of the following to change it. :

More greens - collard, kale mustard.

Beans - Red Kidney,Black, Pintoor Navy

Black olives, mushrooms,

Top with Mozerlla cheese, Feta, Swiss
