Enchilada Soup

Ingredients
1 can black beans1 can yellow corn- sweet corn preferably1 can red enchilada sauce- La Victoria's is best1 cup salsa
Directions
Open all cans and combine in your crock pot. Let cook for approximately four hours.

You can add a variety of things suited to your taste. Canned chicken, cheese, fat free sour cream, onion or avacado to name a few.
