Gravy for Bisquits

Ingredients
1 lb. Jennie-O Breakfast Lover's bulk turkey sausage1 t. saltground black pepper to taste1/2 c. flour1 quart skim milk
Directions
Brown the sausage in a large skillet or pot. Add salt, pepper, and flour, and cook over medium-high heat unil it's all blended with the sausage (about 5 minutes). Add milk, stirring until thickened. Simmer until ready to serve - the longer, the tastier, but you may need to add more milk if it thickens too much. Serve over Heart Healthy bisquits (not included in calories).
