Quick and Cheesy Sausage Rotini

Ingredients
3 C. Rotini pasta1 onion chopped1 lb Italian Sausage2 Tomatoes chopped1/4 C. Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing3/4 C. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
Cook pasta as directed. While cooking the pasta, cook sausage in a large non-stick skillet on medium heat until done; stirring occasionally. Drain sausage; return to skillet. Add tomatoes , onions and dressing; cook 5+ minutes stirring occasionally. Drain pasta when done. Toss with sausage mixture and 1/2 cup of cheese; sprinkle top with the remaining mixture.


I used Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage. And you can add just about any vegetable to this and it will work. If adding bell peppers use half or less.
