Whole Wheat Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour1 t baking powder1/2 t baking soda1/4 t sea salt1 cup mashed over-ripe bananas (2-3 bananas)1/3 cup honey1/4 cup melted butter2 eggs
Directions
Stir together- flour, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt
Separate bowl mash bananas and add melted butter, honey, eggs then add to flour mixture.

For Bread- Spread batter into well buttered (I used butter-flavored cooking spray) bread pan. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean

For Muffins- Spoon batter into 12 buttered or paper lined muffin tins. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes

Serving Size: makes 14 slices, approx. 1/2 inch each
