Spring Salad

Ingredients
Rucola lettuce (about a handful)1 nice, round tomatoGarden beans (about a handful)1 asparagus (cooked)Pine nuts (1 tblspoon)Oregano (0.5 tspoon)Parmesan Cheese (1 tblspoon)Balsamico vinegar (1 tblspoon)Radishes (+- 3)
Directions
Arrange the Rucola lettuce onto your plate. Add the Pine nuts. Cut up the entire tomato roughly and spread on the salad. Add the handful of garden beans. Slice the radishes and spread. Cut up the cooked asparagus (white or green) and add it. Finish with some Parmesan cheese and add pepper and salt. Put some oregano and balsamico vinegar on top.
