Morning Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup white flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup oatmeal (not quick or instant)1 tbsp granulated sugar1 tbsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt2 eggs lightly beaten1 tbsp canola oil2 tsp vanilla extract1 1/2 cups Rice Milk1/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. (Not choc. chips)

In a two cup measuring cup beat the eggs, add the oil and extract and mix. Add rice milk (approx 1 1/2 cups) till the two cup measure is reached.

Combine the wet into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Add the chocolate chips and mix.

Heat a griddle to med-high heat and use a tbsp measure for pancakes. Should yield approx 25.
