Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 13 ouncesDole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice, 2.25 cupGreen Chili Peppers, canned, 1 cup (Bell Pepper - Red - 1 large (164 gram), 300 gram(s)Garlic, 3 clove (Cilantro, raw, 6 tbsp Salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, to taste.
Directions
Chop garlic cloves and bell pepper, and place all ingredients into a slow cooker.
Cook on high for four hours, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Serve with brown rice or baked yams.
