2 lbs 73/27 ground beef1 box of Wick Fowler's 2 Alarm Chili Kit1 - 8 oz can of tomato sauce2 - 8 oz cans of water
Brown meat. Drain.
Add 1 - 8 oz can tomato sauce
Add 2 - 8 oz can of water
Add all packets except Mesa and Red Pepper. Add Red Pepper to taste - none=false alarm, half=1 alarm, all=2 alarm, add more to taste for more alarms.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Mix Mesa with 1/4 cup warm water. Add to chili. Simmer additional 15 to 20 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 6 8 ounce servings
