Ingredients
1 Cup Cous Cous1/2 Cup Black Beans (optional)1Cup Water2 T. Olive Oil2 Tbs. Lime juice1 1/2 Cup Mango cubed1 Cup Pineapple chopped1/2 tsp. Cumin1/2 Cup Cilantro chopped1/4 Cup red onion diced
Directions
Cook couscous according to package instructions
Prepare all other ingredients and combine in a large bowl. Add prepared cous cous and mix well. Best served chilled.
