Chicken Strips

Ingredients
*Ians Whole Wheat Panko Breadcrumbs, 1 cup Chicken Breast, no skin, 15.84 ouncesegg white, fresh, 4 large
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F

Put egg whites in one bowl, put breadcrumbs and whatever seasoning that you choose in another bowl.

Cut chicken into strips and put strips first into egg whites then into breadcrumbs and place on a slightly oiled cookie sheet. Once done place into the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
