Chocolate Cinnamon Meringue Cookies

Ingredients
4 egg whites1/2 tsp cream of tartar1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder1/2 cup sugar
Directions
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar on high until soft peaks. Combine cinnamon, cocoa and sugar and gradually add to the egg whites. Continue to beat until stiff peaks form.

Drop a large spoonful onto parchment paper and bake at 200 degrees F for 2 hours. Turn off the oven and allow to sit overnight.

    Nice blend between chocolate and cinnamon. I used a nice dark chocolate. I also cut back on the sugar slightly and found they were still sweet enough for me. - 12/31/11
