10 small-medium asparagus spears, broken/cut to desired length1 teaspoon of olive oil2 cloves of garlicLemon juice to tasteSaltPepper
Directions
Wash and cut asparagus spears. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. When oil is hot, add asparagus and garlic. Sprinkle with salt & pepper as desired. Cook to desired crunch texture then add lemon juice...more or less, as desired. Serve with your favorite meal!
