3 cans of beans drained and rinsed( red, navy, black)Garlic chopped - to tasteRed onion chopped - to tasteFresh Cilantro - one bunch choppedJuice from two limesSplash of olive oil
Directions
chop veggies add beans, oil & lime juice. Mix and serve. Great the first day, but better the next day.
