Chicken With Lemon-Caper Sauce

Ingredients
1 pound chicken boneless, pounded 1/4 in thick1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp black pepper1 Tbsp Olive Oil2/3 cup Chicken broth1 Tbsp Lemon Juice1 Tbsp Capers2 Tbsp Light Butter
Directions
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over meduin high heat. Add the chicken; cook 5 min, or until the underside browns. Turn; cook the other side 5 min. Remove from pan; keep warm. Add the broth and lemon juice to the pan; boil 5 min, until syrupy. Remove from heat and mix in the capers and butter; spoon over chicken.
