Sugar Free Toffee

Ingredients
2 cups of sweetener (Equal, fruit sugar, ect)1 cup of water1/4 cup vinegar
Directions
Add all ingredients and stir until sugar is melted, bring to boil and allow to simmer until reached desired sticky jaw or hard.
To test, take a small tspn full and drop into a glass of cold water, pull out with fingers, if stringy it is sticky jaw, if hard than it is hard.
