Bananna Bread

Ingredients
8 Tbsp unsalted butter2 large eggs1C all-purpose flour1C whole wheat flour 3 large bananas, mashed1 tsp vanilla1/2 C walnuts, coarsely chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350, grease a 9x5x3 loaf pan.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
Sift all-purpose flour, salt and baking soda - stir in wheat flour and to cream mixture, mixing well.
Fold in bananas, vanilla and walnuts.
Pour into pan and bake 50 - 60 min or until cake tester comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 min. on rack
Makes one loaf
