Dilled Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
2 T water6 cups small cauliflower florets1 small red onion, coarsely chopped1 t dried dill2 T roasted garlic olive oil2 T freshly squeezed lemon juice Salt or Mrs. Dash to taste
Directions
Put water in a large microwave-friendly bowl. Add cauliflower, sprinkle onion & dill on top. cover with waxed paper. Microwave on High until cauliflower is partially cooked, but still crunchy - about 5 min. Let stand for one min., tip out water. Toss in olive oil, lemon juice, seasonings.
