Lemon Bars, Barefoot Contessa

Ingredients
Crust: 1/2 lb butter, 1/2C sugar, 2C Flour, 1/8t kosher saltFilling: 6 eggs, 3C sugar, 2TLemon zest, 1CFresh sueezed lemon juice, 1C Flour
Directions
mix crust ingredients, press into 13x9 pan bake 15-20 min at 350 degrees...(mine took 30 min to get lightly browned) cool on wire rack...leave the oven on.....
whisk filling ingredients together pour over crust , bake 30-35 min, until the filling is set (mine took 50 min. 3750' alltitude)
Cool at room temp...dust with confectioners sugar (Idid not)
cut into triangles...I cut very small squares...super rich!
