chop broccoli and place in large saute pan with oil and garlic. Saute until the broccoli is tender.

    Easy, but not effective (at least for me). The broccoli just soaked up all the oil no matter how much I put in, which in the first place isn't all that healthy and in the second place left the garlic to burn on the bottom of the pan. More instructions re: pan size, heat level, etc. might help. - 1/22/08
