17 day diet Turkey Taco Salad

Brown and drain 1 lb lean ground turkey.Add 1 envelope of your favorite taco seasoning or add onion , garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper to taste.Add 1 can diced tomatoes with liquid.Add 1/4 can water and stir. Cook over med heat until most of liquid is reduced.Meanwhile chop 1 med head of lettuce and divide on 4 plates. Dice 1 cup fresh tomatoes and one cup onion. Top with taco meat, tomatoes, onion, 1/4 cup grated Kraft fat free cheddar cheese, 2 tbl spoons fat free sour cream and salsa.
simmer meat miixture til almost dry. For cycles 2 and above add 1 can black or pinto beans to meat if desired.
