Mexican Chicken & Rice

Ingredients
White Rice, short grain, 2 cup Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed Salsa, 1 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.25 cup, choppedPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1.25 cup Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped *Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 1.5 cup *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 cup *Dinner Rolls, 10 roll (pan, dinner, or small roll) 2 Cups Water
Directions
Makes 6 equal servings:

Heat oil, add chicken, peppers, and onions. Cook covered on medium heat until chicken is done. Add Salsa, Rice, and water. Stir well and continue cooking. Add corn. Place lid on and simmer till rice is done. Brown rolls is oven preheated to 350 degrees. Enjoy.
