Salisbury Steak with onion gravy.

Ingredients
2 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 large Onion, 1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce *****1 large Egg,1/2 cup Bread crumbs 1/4 cup Salt, 1 1/2 lb Ground beef, lean1 TBLS Flour1/4 cup Water1/4 cup Ketchup 1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1/2 tsp Yellow Mustard
Directions
In a cooking pot, simmer beef broth, onions and 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce until reduced to about 1/2 cup. set aside to cool.

In another bowl, mix egg, bread crumbs, salt, ground beef and 1/3 cup of the onion soup. Form into 6 patties. Brown in skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.

Discard drippings. In the same skillet, combine flour and water until smooth: add ketchup, worcestershire sauce, mustard and remaining soup. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 min. Return patties to skillet, cover and simmer for 15 min.
Serve over rice or noodles or just eat by themselves.
