Ground turkey enchiladas

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey6 whole wheat flour tortillas1/2 cup shredded cheese1 onion2-3 tomatoes1 bottle enchilada saucedash cuminsalt and pepper
Directions
Brown turkey in pan with a dash of cumin, salt and pepper. Add onions and cook till translucent. Stir in 1/2 cup of enchilada sauce.

Heat tortillas in microwave (30 sec) or pan. this makes prevents breaking and makes it easier to roll up.

Spoon turkey mixture onto tortillas and add about 1-2 tbsp shredded cheese. Poor enchilada sauce on top. Bake in oven at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until cheese melts and sauce is bubbly.

Garnish with lowfat Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and enjoy!
