Aunt Ree's Meat Sauce

Ingredients
2 cans crushed tomatoes, 2 lbs ground chuck, 8 oz sliced mushrooms, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp (or 1 tbsp fresh) dried basil, 1 chopped onion, splash of red wine
Directions
brown ground chuck. add other ingredients and simmer for 40 min. makes 12 servings of sauce.
