Body Back Soft Boiled Egg & Steamed Spinach on Toast

Ingredients
1 egg1 cup baby spinach leaves1 slice whole grain breadsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Bring water to boil. Water should be high enough to more than cover the egg. Carefully add egg and cover. Let egg cook for 4 minutes. Steam spinach. Crack one end of egg and peel off some shell. Use spoon to scoop out. Toast bread and top with spinach, egg and salt and pepper.
