Ingredients
1 Tbsp lemon juice2 Tbsp dijon mustard1 (4 oz) salmon filet2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped2 Tbsp capers
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix lemon juice and mustard in small bowl. Place salmon on large piece of foil. Coat salmon with mustard mixture and sprinkle with dill and capers. Cover salmon with another piece of foil and seal. Bake for about 15 minutes.
