Tomato Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
2 tomatoes, diced1 cucumber, diced (peel on)1 red onion, minced1 large garlic clove, minced5 fresh basil leaves, shredded1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled3 tbsp Olive Oil2 tbsp white wine vinegardash salt and pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients and enjoy!

I like this in small doses, so I put it as 10 serving. If you want to reduce the fat content, either reduce or remove the Feta Cheese. Removing the Feta Cheese will also make this a vegan meal.
