Ingredients
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 6 oz (remove)Ground beef, lean, 6 oz (remove)Carrots, raw, 2 medium (remove)Beets, fresh, 1 beet (2" dia) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large (about 7" dia) (remove)Garlic, 8 clove (remove)Vegetable Juice Cocktail (V8), 6 fl oz (remove)*Muir Glen Fire Roasted diced tomatoes, 1 cup (remove)
Directions
Brown meat and set aside. Combine veggies and simmer until tender. Add meat to veggies and cook together for 10 min. Stuff Cabbage rolls.
