Ingredients
1/2 a cup of strawberries, fresh or frozen1/2 a cup of mango chunks, fresh or frozen1/2 a cup of raspberries, fresh or frozen1/2 cup of peach slices, fresh or frozen1/2 cup of water
Directions

If using frozen fruit, thaw first.

1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

2. Blend until all lumps are gone.

3. Pour and enjoy!


Makes one 16-ounce meal smoothie, or two 8-ounce glasses.
