Mushroom & Bok Choy Soup

Ingredients
4 cups vegetable stock1 head of bok choy, cut in half and sliced in thin strips1/2 lb. of mushrooms, sliced1/2 an onion, sliced1/4 lb. of snow peas, thinly sliced1 cup of fresh spinach2 tsp. soy sauce1 tsp. sesame oil
Directions
Simmer the vegetable broth in a large saucepan. Add all the ingredients and simmer on medium-low heat for about 10 minutes, until the vegetable are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
