Mexican Chicken Breast

3 oz chicken breastSeasoning (chicken seasoning or salt, pepper and cumin)La Victoria Green Salsa1/4 cup chicken broth1/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese
Season chicken breast with McCormick Chicken seasoning or salt, pepper and cumin.
Lightly brown on each side in fry pan coated with PAM.
Pour chicken broth around chicken.
Top with green salsa and cover.
Cook on medium low until chicken breast is done. (5 to 8 minutes).
Top with cheese, cover, remove from heat and let cheese melt.
Serve with rice cooked in chicken broth and seasoned with salsa or lime and cilantro.
