Grilled Salmon with Korean Barbecue Glaze

Ingredients
1/8 cup brown sugar, packed3 garlic cloves, minced1/2 tsp salt4 (4-6 oz) salmon fillets1 1/2 tsp soy sauceCooking spray1 1/2 tsp dark sesame oil
Directions
Heat a grill or if inside, an electric grill or griddle.

Combine first five ingredients. Rub or brush brown sugar mixture evenly on fillets.

Place fish on grill with cooking spray, and grill four minutes each side.
