Ingredients
Ingredients:*Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1/2 cup Whole Flax Seed, 2 tbsp Raisin Bran Cereal, 2 cupsMilk, nonfat, 1 cupBaking Powder, 1 tspBaking Soda, 1 tsp Salt, 1/2 tspHoney, 2 tbspBrown Sugar, 1/4 cup, packedSplenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1/2 cupOrange Marmalade, 2 tbspVanilla Extract, 1 tspAlmonds, 1/4 cup, slicedEgg, fresh, 1 large
Directions
Mix together all dry ingredients, then add remaining ingredients, mix well. Fill each muffin cup (lined with muffin cups if you like - or spray with cooking spray) with 1/4 cup of mixture. Bake in a 375 degree (preheated oven) for approximately 15-18 mins. ENJOY!
