Ger's Guacamole

Ingredients
2 Avocados (pitted and peeled)2 cups chopped tomatoes (deseeded)1 cup chopped onions4 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro1 tsp salt (more or less to taste)juice of 1 lime
Directions
Begin by placing avocados in a large bowl and using a fork or potato masher, mash avocados to desired consistency. (I like mine to be the consistency of mashed potatoes with a few small lumps.)

Next add the tomatoes, onions, and cilantro and begin stirring the mixture together. As you stir, slowly add the salt and lime juice. Ensure that the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

Once done mixing, cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve immediately or store covered in the refrigerator for 2-4 days.
