homemade spaghetti-O's with meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef6 cups canned tomato sauce4 cups water3 tsp garlic powder16 oz ditalini pasta, alphabet pasta, or anelletti2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated1/2 cup 1% milk2 tbsp buttersalt to taste
Directions
roll ground beef into approximately 48 tiny meatballs. bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. combine tomato sauce, water and garlic powder in a large pot. add meatballs. bring to a boil. when the tomato mixture is boiling, add the pasta to the pot. cook, stirring frequently (pasta is tiny and will stick to bottom easily) for about 20 minutes or until pasta is soft. stir in cheese until melted. add milk, butter, and salt to taste. enjoy.
