Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 19 oz (remove)Shallots, 3 tbsp chopped (remove)Baby Carrots, raw, 115 grams (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Celery, raw, 4 stalk, small (5" long) (remove)Tomato Paste, 33 grams (remove)Crushed Tomatoes, 794 grams (remove)Milk, 1%, .25 cup (remove)Olive Oil, .5 tbsp (remove)
Directions
saute shallots in oil
add meat until brown
add carrots, mushrooms, celery until soft
add tomato paste & crushed tomatoes
add a little milk
simmer 20 min
