Rice a Roni with Chicken and Peas

Ingredients
2 Boxes Chicken Rice a Roni3 boneless skinless Chicken Breasts diced1 Can peas2 Tbs Nucoa
Directions
Dice chicken breasts. Melt nucoa in large skillet, prepare Rice A Roni according to package directions. Drain juices off of peas into a measuring cup, add water to measure 5 cups. Add chicken, peas, sauce packets, and water to browned rice and vermicelli. Bring to a boil, then simmer 15-20 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes, serve.
