Bee's Knees Brownies

3 1/2 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped3 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped6 tablespoons unsalted butter 2 teaspoons cornstarch4 tablespoons cold water 6 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce1/3 cup honey 1 tablespoon vanilla 1/2 cup all-purpose flour1/3 cup buckwheat flour1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 355F.
Melt the chocolates and butter and margarine in a bain-marie, cool slightly.
Whisk together cornstarch and cold water until smooth.
Add the applesauce, honey, cornstarch slurry and vanilla.
Separately, sift the flours, baking powder and salt.
Stir into the liquid ingredients.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until set.
Let the brownies cool in the pans.
