1 pkg (20 oz) Extra Lean Ground Turkey6 Cups Shredded Romaine Lettuce1 can Beans, black, drained & rinsed well1 can Beans, red kidney, drained & rinsed well1.5 cups Mexican Blend Cheese, Reduced Fat6 tsp Taco Seasoning (or to taste) 2 Red Ripe Plum Tomatoes, diced.75 cup Baja Cafe Pico de Gallo Salsa3 oz Fritos Corn Chips, Just sprinkle on top - so use to taste6 Tbsp Sour Cream, reduced fat
Brown Ground Turkey with Taco Seasonings... add beans and salsa, and heat through. Sprinkle with cheese and stir in.
Place Shredded Lettuce on plate... add meat/bean/cheese mixture. Top with tomatoes, Sour cream and Fritos.
