Berry Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
2% MilkFresh Strawberries (about 6 small - medium sized ones)Fresh Blueberries (1/4 cup)Fresh Blackberries (1/4 cup)About 2 handfuls of ice (or 2 cups)
Directions
add milk, fruit, and then ice and blend for about 20-30 seconds. Pour and enjoy.

For added sweetness add 1 tbsp honey
For added health benefit add some fresh kale, or try adding 1 tbsp flaxseed.
