4 c. flour2 c. butter1.5 c. powdered sugar2 tsp. vanilla extract1 c. toasted pecan pieces
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and pecans and mix together. Place dough on plastic wrap and form into a log. Refridgerate. Slice. Sprinkle with sugar and bake at 340 degrees for 14 minutes.
