Slow Cooker Tapioca

Ingredients
8 cups lactose free milk1 cup white sugar1 cup small pearl tapioca1 eggs, lightly beaten3 egg whites, lightly beatenCinnamon to tasteNutmeg to tasteVanilla to taste, approx 1 tsp
Directions
1.Stir together the half of milk and tapioca in slower cooker, set aside. Mix remaining milk, sugar, and eggs in a medium bowl and beat lightly. Add mixture to slower cook and stir. Cover and cook on Medium for 3 hours, or on Low for 6 hours, stirring occasionally. Add Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Vanilla just before serving. Serve warm.
