Ingredients
bag of organic roasted corn (frozen) ˝ bag organic chopped spinach ( I used frozen) 1 can organic black beans 1 ˝ cups cooked quinoa (prepare according to directions) 2 tbsp Burn Baby Burn 1 - 8 oz organic cream cheese 1 ˝ blocks of Raw Cheddar Cheese ( grated) 1 organic chicken (shredded) 2 jars of Sassy’s Enchilada sauce 2 packages of Plan D Wheat Tortillas Yields 12 burrito - Make two casserole dishes with 6 burrito each and freeze one.
Directions
Chicken Enchilada Burritos

In a sauce pan heat the corn, spinach, beans, cooked quinoa, BBB, cream cheese, and 1 can
of the enchilada sauce. Mix well.

Layer are followed:
Tortillas
Chicken
Mixture
Grated cheese
Roll Burrito.
After you make a full tray. Pour the other jar of Sassy Enchilada sauce over the top, sprinkle
with cheese.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes and then broil for 2 minutes to brown the
cheese on top.
