Ingredients
1 cup skim Milk7 Oz Coffee, decaf or leaded2 splenda packets2 tbsp Torani Hazelnut flavor
Directions
brew STRONG coffee. Put splenda and syrup in mug. Add hot coffee and swirl. Add steamed milk foam last.
(to cheat for the steamed milk, microwave for 1:50 and whip with a whisk)
