500 gm ground beef3 x 15 oz cans tomato3 peppers diced300 gm diced raw onion5 tsp garlic2 tsp mixed dry herbs
Directions
lightly brown beef and onions
place in slow cooker
add everything else
slow cook 4 hrs high

    Easy and deelish! For nonmetrics: sub 1 lb for 500g beef. I used half ground turkey in place of half the beef. - 5/23/11
