Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground turkey browned in...2 tbsp. safflower oil. Add...1/2 c. chopped celery1 c. chopped green pepper1 c. chopped onion1 c. chopped mushrooms (optional)chili seasoning14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes with juice15 oz. can tomato sauce8 oz. can tomato puree1/2 - 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions
Combine ingredients. Cook for at least on hour or longer. Make approximately 8 cups. If you like your chili spicy, add the crushed red pepper flakes.
